Access

  • Project panel → SchedulePost revenues/costs context menu command on a cost resource in the required task

  • Project panel → Schedule → Click on the link on the ID of the required task → TaskPost revenues/costs context menu command on a cost resource

Information

  • This module is a dialog module and therefore it has no independent function. It is used to record actual costs for the selected transaction.

  • When opening the module, the corresponding project and task are automatically preselected.

Procedure

  • Use the Plus button to add a new record for recording costs.

  • Record date and actual revenues in the Actual costs field and possibly write a comment.

  • Save.
