OneDrive Attachments on Cards

Using the Microsoft 365 integration, attachments from OneDrive can be linked on cards in PLANTA pulse.
Note

A OneDrive Business account is required to use this feature.
Set-Up
Procedure

Switch to the Administration panel → Settings tab → Microsoft 365 menu item.

Activate the Activate OneDrive attachments on cards checkbox.

Click the Grant Azure admin consent button.

Follow the instructions to grant the Azure admin consent to the PLANTA pulse system.
Use
Procedure

Open the card where an attachment is to be linked.

In the Attachments area, click on .

Select the OneDrive option.

A pop-up window opens where the files of the linked OneDrive account are displayed and can be selected.

Select the required file and click Select.

The file is now displayed in the Attachments area.

By clicking Details, further information on the file as well as the sharing link can be viewed.

By clicking Open in OneDrive, the file can be opened in OneDrive.

By clicking Download, the file can be downloaded.

By clicking , the access to shared links can be configured.
