Project Details

• The project details of a project can be viewed and edited in the Projects panel.

Project Title

• The project title is defined when creating a project and is displayed in the project list.

• It can later be edited in the Settings tab.

• Open the Settings tab.

• In the Title field, edit the title.

• Click Save.

• This option is only available for project admins and global admins.

Project Key

• The project key is created automatically when a new project is created, following the pattern PR + number and can then be edited within the regular expression.

• It can be edited within the regular expression.

    The regular expression for project keys can be edited by global admins in the Administration panel → Projects tab.

• Open the Settings tab.

• In the project key field, edit the project key.

• Click Save.

Project Dates

• A start and due date can be added to a project.

• The dates are displayed next to the project title and can be edited in the Settings tab.

• Open the Settings tab.

• In the Dates area, make the desired changes.

• Click Save.

Custom Fields

• Further custom fields can be created for a project.

• The fields can be created and edited in the Settings tab.

• Further information on the various custom fields can also be found here.

Project Description and Detailed Description

• When creating projects, a description as well as a detailed description can be entered.

• The descriptions can later be edited in the Settings tab.

• Menu →

  Projects

• Open the Settings tab.

• In the Description field, enter a description.

• In the Detailed Description field, enter a detailed description

• Click Save.

• Both descriptions are displayed in the Projects panel after opening a project.

• This option is only available for project admins and global admins.
