AI Assistant

PLANTA pulse offers an AI Assistant which can make work easier in various places.

For the AI Assistant to be available, it needs to be configured in the Administration panel first.

Generate Board

Procedure

In the Projects panel, click Create New Board in the group where you want to create the board.
Click the Generate with AI button.
Enter a title.
Enter a description which explains what the board will be used for.
- Entering more information will improve the results.
Select the proper categories for the board.
Click Generate Board.
The generated board is displayed.
If needed, the board can be generated again by clicking Regenerate.
By clicking Accept, the suggestion will be accepted.

The AI Assistant can generate lists, swimlanes, labels and custom fields depending on the request.

Procedure 1

Open board → Select list → Open detail view of the card
In the detail view of the card, click on the on the left.
Click on next to the Checklists heading.
If needed, edit the generated checklist(s).
- By clicking Regenerate, a new suggestion can be generated.
Click Add Checklists to add the generated checklist(s) to the card.

Procedure 2

Open board → Select list → Open detail view of the card
In the detail view of the card, open the description.
In the symbol bar, click .
Select the Create Checklists option.
If needed, edit the generated checklist(s).
- By clicking Regenerate, a new suggestion can be generated.
Click Add Checklists to add the generated checklist(s) to the card.

Procedure

Open board → Select list → Open detail view of the card
In the detail view of the card, open the description.
In the symbol bar, click .
Select the desired option:
- Summarize
- Create Checklists (More information)
- Improve Writing
- Continue Writing
Select where to add the generated suggestion.
By clicking Regenerate, a new suggestion can be generated.
