Hide / Unhide Child Data
Unhide/hide via the Arrow Symbol of the Tree Structure
Procedure
- By clicking on the / sign in the required area, all its child areas are hidden/unhidden.
Note
- Whether the tree structure (/ symbols) is available in a module or in which areas of the module the tree structure is available is defined by the customizer. Read here how the tree structure is customized.
Unhide/hide via double click
Procedure
- Activate an arbitrary output field in the required area by clicking on it.
- By double-clicking, all subareas are hidden or unhidden.
Unhide/Hide via Context Menu
Procedure
- Activate an arbitrary field in the required area by clicking on it.
- Right-click and select Show
- All child areas that can be hidden or unhidden are displayed.
- For a better overview, the areas in the context menu are displayed in a tree structure.
- The areas which are already hidden or unhidden are displayed separately.
- All child areas that can be hidden or unhidden are displayed.
- Select the required area.
Unhide/Hide Via Menu Items
Procedure
- Activate an arbitrary field in the required area by clicking on it.
- By selecting the following menu items, the child areas are hidden/unhidden below the current record.
- View → Unhide child area +
- View → Hide child area -
- By activating the following menu items, the child areas are hidden/unhidden below all records that are at the same level.
- View → Unhide child area ++
- View → Hide child area --
