Collective Creation of Status Reports

Information

• In PLANTA project, it is possible to simultaneously create status reports for several projects at once at the click of a button.

Procedure

• Activate the Status reports: collective creation parameter for the required projects in the Project Core Data module in the Attributes/parameters area.

• Open the Check Status Report Creation and Project Applications module under Multi-Project Manager → MPM Administration.

  • Enter the date from which on you want to search for projects in the Collective creation of status reports area in the No status report from data field.

    • Alternatively you can also use system variables that contain a date. The input of system variables which do not contain a date is rejected. The @42 system variable (first day of the current year) will be stored here by default.

    • All projects are found for which the Status reports: collective creation checkbox is activated in the Project Core Data module and which do not have any status reports in the defined period.

  • Click on the Create status reports button in order to create status reports for these projects.

Note

• The status reports created in this way have report status "automatically created” and are no released status reports accordingly. The approval must be given explicitly in the corresponding status reports of the project managers responsible.
