In a road map, the simulated date data from the portfolio simulation is saved and approved for use.

The road map dates are displayed in the core data modules of all planning objects contained in a road map. In the core data modules, the project managers can include the road map data in their planning.
Where can I create a road map?
In the Simulation module of the required portfolio.
Open the portfolio

by clicking on the Portfolios menu item button in the Planning area of the user menu and

clicking on the link on the ID of the portfolio in the List (Portfolio) module that opens.
Subsequently, switch to the Simulations module tab in the opened portfolio panel and open the required simulation by clicking on its ID.
Who is allowed to create a road map?
All users who have access to the Simulations module and have modification rights for portfolios. In PLANTA standard, these are the managers of the corresponding portfolios and the multi-portfolio managers. For further information on user rights, please click here.

Click on the Define simulation as road map button in the header bar of the Simulation module.
