Time Recording (Dialog Module) MOD009CQP

Access

  • Project panel → Project Core DataTime Recording context menu command on the required stakeholder → Time Recording

Information

  • This module is a dialog module and therefore it has no standalone function. It is used to record hours worked for stakeholders which are already planned in a project from the Stakeholder area in the Project Core Data module.

Procedure

  • Right-click on the required stakeholder in the Project Core Data module and select the Time Recording context menu command.
  • The Time Recording dialog module is opened, in which the selected project is already preset.
  • Enter hours in the Actual load field.
  • Save.
  • After saving, the hours will be displayed below the Recorded hours of the current week heading. By expanding the date line, users can have the complete time recording line displayed and delete or correct hours where necessary.

The following restrictions apply

  • Stakeholder without modification rights are only allowed to record their own hours worked.
  • Stakeholders with modification rights, project managers, and multi-project managers can record hours worked for all stakeholders of the project.
