Effort Reports MOD0099NZ

• Project (Proposal) panel → Further... → Effort report link (if the planning object contains effort)

• This module provides an overview of the most important effort data.

• It is a mere report module. Data cannot be edited.

• All effort and effort budget values in this module are values summarized along the project structure, i.e. values of the selected project and all of its subprojects (if available)

Effort Trend

• In the Effort Trend area, the cumulated effort from the status reports is represented graphically.

  • Error rendering macro 'fontawesome-macro' : Page loading failed
    Here, only data of those status reports are displayed for which the Cost Trend Analysis checkbox is activated in the Configure Trend Analysis module.

• The tooltip on the monthly values shows report, date and respective value.

• By clicking on the monthly value, the appropriate status report is opened.

• By clicking on the Effort trend analysis link you switch to the module of the same name.

Budget and Total Effort by Cost Type Groups

• In the Budget and Total Effort by Cost Type Groups, effort budget and total effort from the current planning of the project will be represented graphically for each cost type group.

Effort per Resource

• In the Effort per resource area, the total effort per resource from the current planning is displayed period-related.

  • By clicking on the Resource Requirements link you switch to the module of the same name.

Effort by Structure

• In the Effort by structure area, effort budget and effort (planned, actual, remaining, total, as well as deviation values) from the current planning are displayed for all project levels.
