Module path in the application

Resource Management → Department Planning → Department Board panel → Actual Hours

Information

In the Actual Hours module, already recorded hours worked as well as possibly existing canceled hours as well as the respective reverse postings of the employees are displayed by resource structure for the current and the previous month.

Period

When changing the period to be displayed via the from/to fields, the display of the time scale is automatically adjusted exactly to the period specifications.
The from field is automatically filled with the first day of the previous month and the to field is filled with today’s date.

Module Variants

Base	All types of projects are displayed, regular ones and overhead cost projects
Including reverse postings	Like the base variant with additional display of possibly canceled hours and the respective reverse postings Details on Reverse Postings
Only overhead projects	Only overhead cost projects will be displayed.
Only projects	Only regular projects will be displayed
