Create Portfolio

Where Can I Create Portfolios?

  • Via the plus button in the header area of the user menu.

  • Via the New Portfolio button in the List (Portfolio)module.

Who is allowed to create new portfolios?

Users with multi-portfolio manager rights. For further information on user rights, please click here.

Create Portfolio

Procedure

  • By clicking on the plus button in the header area of the user menu.

  • Select Portfolio.

    • Dialog module for creating new portfolios opens.

      • Enter the Portfolio Title and, if necessary,

      • determine the Portfolio Manager ( by default, upon creation of the portfolio, the user who has created the new portfolio will automatically be entered as manager).

    • Confirm with Create.

  • The Portfolio Core Data module is opened, in which you can record more basic portfolio data.

    • The ID for the new portfolio will be generated automatically and will immediately be visible in the module header.

  • Save.
