DI006454 Todo item

ID of the todo item. It is automatically generated when you create a todo item.

DI006503 Start from

Date on which the completion of the todo item is to be started

DI006504 Date

Date by which the todo item is to be completed Modifiable

Details

  • A traffic light is specified on the Date field in the Todo Items, Schedule, and Quality Gates modules which behaves as follows:
    • As long as the todo item is not completed by 100%, the traffic light is
      • red if the required end date is in the past.
      • yellow if the required end date is today.
      • green if the required end date is in the future.
    • As soon as the todo item is completed by 100% (entry 100% in the % completed field), the traffic light is green.

Degree of completion of the todo item in percent

Details

  • In the above mentioned modules, a traffic light is specified on the % completed field which will switch to green as soon as the completion degree of 100% is reached. This entry influences the behavior of the traffic lights on the Datefield.

In this field you can create a link to a file.

Insert file

  • Right-click on the Linked file field and select the Insert context menu command.
  • Click on the Search button in the Insert hyperlink window.
  • Select the required file and click on the Open button.
  • Confirm with OK.
  • Save.

Details

  • It is also possible to directly insert files from, e.g., the Windows explorer or files attached to e-mails via Drag&Drop.

Via filter criteria, this parameter controls whether the todo items in the Schedule module are displayed below particular resources, or below tasks.

Customizing

  • Data area 050753: Filter from = 1, Filter to = 99, the todo item is displayed below the resource.
  • Data area 041207: Filter from = 0, Filter to = 0, the todo item is displayed below the task.

Technical ID of the project. It is generated automatically upon creation of the project and, unlike the functional ID, it cannot be changed afterwards. It is usually hidden in the modules.
