Portfolio master data form the basis for the creation and administration of portfolios.
Via portfolio master data, particular data and planning elements are stored in the system which the portfolio managers can use in their portfolio planning.
The most important portfolio master data include objective evaluation criteria, risk checklists, and quality gates.

Wo verwaltet man Portfolio-Stammdaten?

In the modules of the Portfolio Master Data panel.

Open the panel by selecting the Portfolio Master Data entry in the user menu.

Wer darf Portfolio-Stammdaten verwalten?

All users with access to the modules of the Portfolio Master Data panel and modification rights for projects. In PLANTA standard, these are portfolio managers and multi-portfolio managers. For further information on user rights, please click here.
