Information

  • In this module you can view the data of a project application. The data can be updated and the application can be approved or deleted.

Details

  • When you create a project application, relevant data of the selected project (proposal) will be copied to the project application and frozen.
  • After a new project application has been created, it receives the Pending project application status.
    • You can update, approve, or delete a pending project application.

Update Project Application

Information

  • If the project application is not approved immediately and changes in the project (proposal, idea) that should be considered in the project application are made between the creation date and the approval, you must refresh the project application before the approval.
    • A manual update of data in the project application itself is not possible.

Procedure

  • Click on the Update button.
  • Confirm the Do you really want to update this data? message with OK.
  • The data will be updated.

Approve Project Application

Information

  • You can approve the project application including the updated data.

Procedure

  • Click on the Release button.
  • Confirm the Project application cannot be changed after it has been approved. Proceed? message with Yes.
  • The project application will be approved and receives the Approved project application status

Notes

Delete Project Application

Information

  • You can delete the pending project application.

Procedure

  • Click on the Delete button.
  • Confirm the Do you really want to delete this data? message with OK.
  • The project application is deleted.

Note

  • If there already is a project application, you cannot create any further project applications. In order to create a new project application, you must first delete the existing project application.
