• Below you will find an explanation of what an Employee role is in PLANTA project and which modules are available for this role.

Role Function and Tasks

The project team members are responsible for the timely completion of the tasks assigned to them.

• They post their hours worked on projects and make forecasts of effort deviations to be expected. With the help of reporting by project team members, the project manager can keep the planning up-to-date at all times.
• Project staff can furthermore create ideas

The Employee role with all relevant modules is contained in all demo users, e.g. R01, R8.

• The modules of the planning object can be opened by clicking on a planning object ID.
  • A list of the planning object modules and further information can be found under Project Panel, Proposal Panel, Idea Panel, Portfolio Panel or Program Panel.
• Whether the current user is authorized to change or to only view planning object data in this module, depends on his/her user rights.
