Error when sending e-mails after updating to a PLANTA pulse Release ≥ 30

Cause:
- With Release 30, the node version used by PLANTA pulse was raised to Version 12. As a result, a higher TLS version (1.2) is expected by default.
- If this TLS version is not supported by the e-mail server used to send mails from PLANTA pulse, no e-mails can be sent anymore.
Solution:
- Node has to be started with the parameter --tls-min-v1.0
