Information
- In this module, the load of the Department Resources per month is displayed
- which the logged-on user is allowed to see according to his/her respective rights and
- for which it is defined in the Show in utilization parameter that they are displayed in the Utilization module and at which position.
- Each diagram presents a summarized utilization of the respective department resources, i.e. the utilization of the department resource itself and of all resources which belong to the department.
- By clicking the link on the name of the respective resource, the originators of the workload (projects and activities for which the resource is scheduled or for which it has already provided services) can be displayed in the module of the same name. The scheduling of the resource in these projects and tasks is also displayed in the form of date bars.
