Information

  • PLANTA provides a means to connect the classical project management tool PLANTA project to the agile tool Jira.
  • This connection, which enables synchronization of the data of both systems, allows you to benefit from the advantages of both agile and classical project management in project planning and management.


Principles of working with PLANTA project and Jira

  • Planning of the sprint tasks with the required resources in a project in PLANTA project.
  • Synchronization of PLANTA project tasks with Jira. By doing so,
    • the PLANTA project tasks will be created in PLANTA pulse as an epic.
    • the project manager from PLANTA project becomes the assignee of the epic in Jira.
  • Planning of sprints by the project manager, including the creation of tasks (stories) and their distribution to team members.
  • Implementation of sprints by the team.
  • Recording of sprint hours in Jira. They are automatically returned to the task in PLANTA project.
  • Calculation, analysis, and monitoring of the projects by the project manager in PLANTA project.
