Below, release notes on PLANTA project user functions are listed. For release notes on the customizing and interface functions, please refer to the PLANTA customizer and PLANTA link help areas.

The functions and bugfixes listed here are mainly contained in the database software component. Functions which stem from the server or client component are explicitly indicated in the column on the right-hand side. Under Container Releases (from 39.5.24) in the Technology/Installation help area, you will find a comprehensive overview of the PLANTA project releases with links to their corresponding pages as well as information on software installation and update for the release you use.

Project
4	PLANTA now provides an option to generate the Schedule of a project with the help of AI.	Web only (from 3.4.0)

151	The option to perform a stakeholder analysis has been implemented. It is now available in the new Stakeholder Analysis module.
211	The “Lessons Learned” concept has been implemented in the PLANTA standard. The function serves to systematically document project experiences. Since the new implementation also affects measures and decisions, the existing data from these areas has been migrated to the corresponding fields in the new function and will therefore not be lost. In the new Project Insights module, data sets for lessons learned and measures/decisions are created and edited. However, detailed data collection takes place in two additional modules: Lessons Learned and Measures/Decisions. The new modules Lessons Learned (Cross-Project) and Measures/Decisions (Cross-Project) provide an overview of all entries from all projects. The lessons learned data is also displayed in the Dashboard module and can also be included in the status reports (Status and Status Report modules (applies to projects, programs, and portfolios).
244	Risk management has been revised in accordance with ISO 27001. New features include the standard-compliant design of the risk evaluation before and after risk treatment, as well as an expanded risk matrix. All modules in question (in the areas of project, program, portfolio) for recording, viewing, or freezing (status reports) of risks and opportunities have been adapted, e.g., Risks/Opportunities, Risks and Opportunities (Project Reporting).
497	Bubble charts and matrix diagrams in the Risks/Opportunities (Project) and Risks/Opportunities (Program) modules can now be displayed via the Hide/unhide charts button.
274	The option to create new programs from the Programs module using the button of the same name has been implemented.
165 379 195	Direct links (deep links) to projects, status reports, and time recording via a dialog module with the preset project and task have been implemented in the PLANTA standard system. With the newly implemented framework, the PLANTA Customizer offers the option of customizing additional individual direct links.	Web only
180	A feature has been implemented that allows you to restrict the posting period at project level in order to ensure posting security for projects. In the Project Core Data module, the corresponding checkbox Posting period = Requested dates has been implemented for this purpose.
548	In the Task module, all tasks to which relationships of the selected operation exist (internal links, external links, external operations) can be accessed via links.
PM Administration
276	An administration module for controlling the selection of load profiles has been implemented. In this window, you can select only those load profiles from the list of all available load profiles that are to be available for selection in the corresponding listboxes.
Hybrid pulse/Jira
288	In hybrid systems (project +pulse), it is now possible to use pulse workflows.
