• Customizer → Master Data → Customizing with Variables → User Variables

Information

• In this module, user variables can be assigned to the users.

Assign user variable to the user

• Right-click on the required user and select the Insert → User Variable context menu command.

• An empty record will be inserted in the left window.

• Select the required listbox category from the listbox in the User variable field.

• Insert the content in the Value data field.

• Define search behavior.

• Enter a comment if required.

• Save.
