Quick Access

• Via the menu on the left, two quick access options can be opened:

  • By clicking on the

    Error rendering macro 'fontawesome-macro' : Page loading failed
    menu item, the Favorites open with the boards which have been added as favorites.

  • By clicking on the

    Error rendering macro 'fontawesome-macro' : Page loading failed
    menu item, the Recently Viewed area opens with the recently viewed boards and cards.

• Projects can also be added as favorites.

  • These will always be displayed at the top of the My Projects list in the Projects panel.

Favorites

Board Favorites

Information

• Via the menu item Favorites, boards which have been added as favorite can be accessed.
• When clicking the menu item, the menu opens and the boards are displayed.
• By clicking on the icon on a board, the board can be removed from the favorites again.

Add a Board to Favorites

• In the board bar, click on
  Error rendering macro 'fontawesome-macro' : Page loading failed
  or click on the star on a board card in the Boards panel or in the Projects panel.
• When a board has been added to the favorites, the favorites star changes to:
  Error rendering macro 'fontawesome-macro' : Page loading failed
  .

• In the Boards tab of the Projects panel, favorite boards are always displayed at the top in a separate Favorites area.

Project Favorites

• Projects can be added as favorites.

• Favorite projects will always be displayed at the top of the My Projects list in the Projects panel.

Add a Project to Favorites

• Open the Projects panel.
• With the mouse, hover over the project which is to be added as favorite.
• The icon appears.
• Click on the star.
• Next to the project title, the icon is now displayed and the project is moved to the top of the My Projects list.

Recently Viewed

Information

• Via the menu item Recently Viewed, recently viewed cards and boards can be accessed.
• When clicking the menu item, the menu opens and the last viewed cards and boards are displayed.
• In the upper area, the 4 last opened cards and in the lower area, the 4 last opened boards are listed.

Add a Recently Viewed Board to the Favorites

• Click on the

  Error rendering macro 'fontawesome-macro' : Page loading failed
  menu item to open the recently viewed cards and boards.

• With the mouse, hover over the board which is to be added to the favorites.

• Click on the

  Error rendering macro 'fontawesome-macro' : Page loading failed
  icon which appears.

• The board is added to the favorites and can now also be opened via the

  Error rendering macro 'fontawesome-macro' : Page loading failed
  Favorites menu item.

Move/Link a Recently Viewed Card to a Board

• Open the board onto which the card is to be moved/linked.

• Click on the

  Error rendering macro 'fontawesome-macro' : Page loading failed
  menu item to open the recently viewed cards.

• Drag the card onto the open board using Drag & Drop.

• In the pop-up window, select where to move/link the card on the board.

• Click Move to move the card or Link to link the card.
