Create a new OLE- Allocate a name in the Name field.
- Save. As a result, the ID in the OLE field will be generated automatically.
- Insert a standard OLE. To do so,
- Right-click on the Standard OLE data field and select the Insert command.
- Click on the Search button.
- Select the required file and click on OK.
- If required, store a mouseover OLE file in the Mouseover OLE field in the same way.

If you position the mouse on the object, the mouseover OLE file will be displayed. Mouseover OLE only takes effect on object types: buttons, menu items, and OLE Dis with actions.
