Access- Portfolio Management → Multi-Portfolio Board → Portfolios → Click on the ID of the required portfolio → Portfolio panel → Budget → Plus button Add Period (Budget)

Information- This module is a dialog module and therefore it has no independent function. It is used to insert new yearly tranches in the Budget module.
- The module shows the next 10 years. Years for which there already are yearly tranches are not displayed.

Create Yearly Tranche- Activate the checkbox next to the required year/s.
- Click on the Assign selected objects button.
