In the Risks/Opportunities module, risks and the damage values resulting from the risks as well as opportunities and the gross profit values resulting from the opportunities of the planning objects contained in the portfolio are displayed both graphically and in table form.
- The data stems from the last released status report of the respective portfolio.
The data displayed here stems from the current planning of the respective planning objects (live data).
The module is only used for information purposes.
- The data is edited in the risk and opportunity modules of the respective planning objects.

Risks

Information

In this area, the risks of the planning objects contained in the respective portfolio as well as the damage values resulting from these risks are displayed
- in table form, broken down into individual planning objects and summarized to the portfolio as total values of all planning objects, or
- graphically as sum values of all planning objects summarized to the portfolio.

This module supports the identification and evaluation of risks in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001.

Details

In the Qualitative Evaluation area, risk/damage sum values are displayed in two matrix diagrams (before and after risk treatment).
By clicking on the ID of the required project you can switch to the corresponding Project panel in which you can review or edit the project data depending on your user rights.
By clicking on the Risk ID of the required risk you can switch to the corresponding Risk module, in which risks can be recorded, edited or viewed.

Information

In this area, the opportunities of the planning objects contained in the portfolio as well as the potential for success resulting from them are displayed
- in table form, broken down into individual planning objects and summarized to the portfolio as total values of all planning objects, or
- graphically as sum values of all planning objects summarized to the portfolio.

By clicking on the ID of the required project you can switch to the corresponding Project panel in which you can review or edit the project data depending on your user rights.
By clicking on the ID of the required opportunity you can switch to the corresponding Opportunity module, in which you can record, view or edit the opportunity.
