Information

A project application is a report which is created by freezing data of the current project (proposal).
The project application function is an optional solution for the approval of the project plan for realization.
When working with ideas and proposals, the approval can be used in the project application process as a condition for the conversion of proposals into projects.

Details

If there is a project application for a project (proposal), it will be displayed in the Project Applications module.
- By clicking on the ID number of the project application in the Report field you switch to the Project Application module, in which the data of the project application is displayed.
If no project application exists, you can create one.
- In the course of this all relevant data of a project (proposal) will be copied to the project application and frozen.
Only one project application can be created per project (proposal). It is not possible to create several project applications.
- If a project application already exists, the A project application exists already. Show?. If you confirm this message with Yes, you switch to the Project Application module in which the data of the project application are displayed.
- If required, the existing project application can be deleted. In this case, it is possible to create a new project application.

Create project application

Click on the Create project application button.
Confirm the Do you really want to create the project application? message with Yes. As a result, you switch to the Project Application module in which the data of the newly created project application is displayed.

Details

After a new project application has been created, it receives the report status = Pending application.
- You can update, approve, or delete an pending project application.
