Overview (Web) MOD009DF1

• Management (Web Client) → Dashboard → Overview

• This module offers numerous graphical analyses (charts) of the existing projects by different factors, like e.g. project code, dates, project estimation, etc.
• The projects taken into account in the charts are listed in the Project List module below the Overview module and can be opened via the links on the IDs.

Charts

Projects by Code

• A pie chart which shows the number of active projects by code.

Projects by Objective Contribution and Risk Value (Top 20)

• A bubble chart which shows the projects in relation to objective contribution and risk value.
• Which project parameter defines the bubble size can be set via the listbox below the chart:
  
  • Priority (default)
  • Net Present Value
  • Budget

Projects by Project Manager Estimate

• A ring diagram which shows how many active projects are deemed uncritical, critical, or very critical by the project managers.

Project Manager Evaluation per Month

• A plane diagram which shows the number of positive, neutral, and negative evaluations which the project managers have issued per month.

Projects by Adherence to Schedule

• A pie chart which shows how many active projects have a delay and how many projects adhere to the schedule.

Projects by calc. end date (next 180d)

• A Gantt chart which shows the number of active projects the Calculated end of which lies within the next 180 days grouped by month and code .

Projects with Delay (WET vs. KET)

• Gantt chart which the active projects with delay, sorted by the deviation between requested end and calculated end.

• When you click on a bar, the respective Project Dashboard will be opened.

Projects by Budget

• A pie chart which shows the number of active projects by budget overrun.

• When you click on one of the circle sectors, the respective projects will be marked blue in the project list.

Projects with Budget Deviation (Top 10)

• A bar diagram which shows the ten projects with the highest budget overrun and the amount of budget deviation.
• With the button below the chart you can switch between absolute and percentage budget deviation.

Projects by Risks

• A risk matrix which shows the number of projects by degree of Probability of occurrence and Extent of damage of the risk.

• When you click on one of the numbers, the respective projects will be marked blue in the project list.

Filter and Display Options

• When you click on a project category in the legend of a chart, the respective projects will be hidden in the chart. When you click on the element in the legend again, the projects will be shown again.

• When you click on a circle sector of the Projects by code chart, the module will be filtered by the respective project code.
• Whether filtering is carried out, and if so, which code is used for filtering, can be viewed in the filter area in the module header.
