Access

• Project panel → Further… → Project Insights → Insert measures/decisions → Measure/Decision

• Project panel → Dashboard area → Project Insights area → Measures/Decisions → Click on the link on the ID of the required → Measure/Decision

Information

• In the Measure/Decision module, measures and decisions are recorded and edited that are subsequently displayed in the Project Insights module.

Record Measure/Decision

• Allocate a Name.

• Define in the Type field whether it is a measure or a decision.

  • Once the type is defined, measures or decisions automatically receive an ID.

• Enter other information or provide details.

• Save.

Details

• Some fields are automatically filled with default values:

  • The current date is copied to the Date field.

  • The Show in status report field is filled with In all report types, which means that this measure/decision is included by default in any type of status report, whether it is a baseline, a normal status report, or a final report.

  • The newly recorded measure/decision has the status "Pending" and Show in dashboard is activated.
