Information

• This module shows all lessons learned from all projects.

  • The selection and sorting of the listed lessons learned is determined by the information entered in the Group by and Filter fields.

Lessons learned are only recorded for individual projects in the Project Insights module.

Details

• The lessons learned in this module are grouped by Category by default. However, it is possible to change the grouping or to have the lessons learned displayed ungrouped.

  • In the Group by field you can either change the grouping criterion by making a selection from the listbox, or delete it. After you have clicked on the Apply changes button, the lessons learned are either displayed grouped by the newly selected criterion or they are displayed ungrouped..

• The object filter can be used to define project groups for which you want to display lessons learned.

  • If there already is an object filter, it can be selected from the listbox on the Filter field. After clicking the Apply changes button, only lessons learned that are contained in projects that match the filter will be displayed.

  • The object filters can be edited or newly created in the Object Filter module, which can be accessed via the Edit filter button.

• By clicking on the Unhide/hide completed button, lessons learned with status = "Completed" can be unhidden or hidden.

  • By default, lessons learned with status = "Pending" are displayed in this module.
