The current module and the Check Resource Structure module are used for availability check.

In some cases, a department resource may have incorrect availabilities. E.g.:

a departmental resource has a summarized availability even though the child resources have no availability at all.

a departmental resource has a negative summarized availability.

They can only be removed by deleting and reentering start and end periods of the child resource and of the department resource.

If you delete start and end periods, already entered vacation and absence days will be deleted as well.

Start and end periods must never be deleted separately.

Avoid the occurrence of incorrect availability

Activate the Summarize periods checkbox for all child rand departmental resources.
