Access

Information

  • This module lists all planning objects assigned to the portfolio. The listed planning objects are displayed in groups.
  • New planning objects can be assigned to the portfolio here and existing assignments can be deleted.

Details

  • For all planning objects ( except ideas) you can see estimates manually created by the project manager (total estimate of the planning object, quality, risks/opportunities) and deviation values calculated during scheduling (costs, effort, dates) from the status report which is selected for the respective planning object in the Status module.
    • The Status field displays the date of the report from which the information stems.
  • Next to the total estimate of the respective project manager, the portfolio manager’s estimate will be displayed for each planning object.
    • The estimate can be adjusted by the portfolio manager both in this module and in the Status module via the » button.
  • The portfolio manager can create and edit Comments for each planning object.
  • By clicking on the link on the ID of a planning object, the Project (Idea, Proposal, Program) panel with the respective planning object will be opened.

Note

  • Estimates and comments of the portfolio manager are only visible in the modules of the portfolio and have no effect on the planning objects.
