Information
- In this module, checklist templates are created and managed, which are used as a copy template when creating and assigning checklists to todo items (in the Todo Item module).
Procedure
- By clicking on the Insert button in the toolbar or by selecting the Insert → Checklist context menu command, a blank record will be inserted.
- Enter a checklist name.
- As a result, the number is automatically generated in the Checklist field.
- Select Subject area from the listbox of the same name.
- Select Insert → Checklist item from the context menu to enter the individuals items.
- Enter your text in the Checklist item field.
- Add further items if necessary.
- After saving, the new checklist can be used as a copy template.
Note
- Checklists from checklist templates can only be assigned to the todo items in the Todo Item module, in which individual todo items are to be edited in the form of a data sheet.
- Individual checklist items can be assigned to the todo items in the Todo Items, Schedule or Task modules.
