This module is only available if the global Resource requests/approvals setting is activated.

If there already are resource requests/approvals, the module will still be displayed even if the global Resource requests/approvals is deactivated.
Information

In this module a simulation of the utilization of the selected resource will be displayed.

In this utilization, the value which has been entered and saved in the My Resource Requests for the respective resource in the Approved field will be considered as well.

If the value is changed and you save again, the display will be refreshed accordingly.

Project manager and department manager are thus provided with an option to simulate the impact of requests and approvals upfront.

Which time grid will be used to represent utilization depends on the Resource requests: time grid parameter.

No capacity adjustment will be carried out. Overloads and other impact which may be caused by requests and approvals will not be indicated.
