Cancel Approval per Budget Period MOD009BDT

In PLANTA Releases DB 26.1.0, the Cancel Release per Budget Period function was moved to the Budget module, and the Cancel Release per Budget Period module was deleted.

Access

• Portfolio Management → Administration → Edit Approvals → Cancel Approvals per Budget Period

Information

• In this module, the approval of a budget period can be canceled.

  • You can approve budget periods in the Budget module.

Cancel approval

• Deactivate the checkbox in the Approved field in the line of the required period.

• Save.
