Information

• In this module, remaining effort and costs of the

  internal and external employees

  of the departments are displayed.

  • In order for the logged-on user to see the correct resources here, his/her resource access must be defined accordingly.

• The data is displayed grouped by months of the selected period and additionally grouped by the second grouping criterion which can also be changed.

Details

• The second grouping criterion is Cost type by default By making a selection in the Grouped by listbox, the second grouping criterion can be changed if required. Subsequently you have to click on the Refresh grouping button.

  • The Cost type criterion is not the default cost type of the resources but the cost type from the resource load records in the project.

  • In the Cost type group criterion, both cost type group categories (costs-cost type group and effort cost type group) are displayed in one line.

• The predefined period can also be changed in the from and to date fields. Subsequently, click on the Refresh grouping button.
