In this module you can create systems which are responsible for the execution of projects.

The systems created here can subsequently be assigned to the projects/proposals/ideas in the Project Core Data/Proposal Core Data/Idea Core Data modules for cost allocation.

You can assign multiple systems to a project/proposal/idea on which costs can be distributed on a percentage basis.

Create System
Procedure

Insert a blank data record using the Insert button or the Insert → System context menu command.

Enter an ID for the new system in the System field.

Allocate a system name in the System name field.

Fill the Person responsible name and System budget fields.
-
Save.
Insert System Note
Procedure

Right-click on the required system.

Select the context menu command Insert → System note

Enter your text in the Note field.

You can attach a document in the Linked file field.
