Information
In the Risks/Opportunities module, the risks and their damage values, as well as the opportunities and their gross profit values are displayed both graphically and in table form for the planning objects included in the portfolio.
The data for all planning objects is also reported as a total for the entire portfolio.
The data displayed here stems from the current planning of the respective planning objects (live data).
The traffic light fields in the sum area show the number of recorded risks or opportunities in the respective assessment category.
The module is only used for information purposes.
The data is edited in the risk and opportunity modules of the respective planning objects.
Risks
Information
In this area, the risks of the planning objects contained in the respective portfolio as well as the damage values resulting from these risks are displayed
in table form, broken down into individual planning objects and summarized to the portfolio as total values of all planning objects, or
graphically as sum values of all planning objects summarized to the portfolio.
This module supports the identification and evaluation of risks in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001.
Details
By clicking on the ID of the required project in the sum area, you switch to the corresponding Project panel in which you can review or edit the project data depending on your user rights.
By clicking on the Risk ID of the required risk you switch to the corresponding Risk module in which risks can be recorded, edited, or viewed.
Risk Charts
In the Qualitative evaluation area, two matrix diagrams are displayed that show the number of risks measured in terms of their Damage extent and Probability of occurrence in the categories of critical, high, medium, low, and very low with risk treatment.
In the Monetary assessment area, a bubble chart based on the figures of the Possible damage (x axis), Probability (y axis), and Probable damage parameters (size of the bubbles) is displayed.
Opportunities
Information
In this area, the opportunities of the planning objects contained in the portfolio as well as the potential for success resulting from them are displayed
in table form, broken down into individual planning objects and summarized to the portfolio as total values of all planning objects, or
graphically as sum values of all planning objects summarized to the portfolio.
Details
By clicking on the ID of the required project in the sum area, you switch to the corresponding Project panel in which you can review or edit the project data depending on your user rights.
By clicking on the ID of the required opportunity you switch to the corresponding Opportunity module, in which you can record, view, or edit the opportunity.
Opportunity Charts
In the Qualitative evaluation section, a matrix diagram is displayed that shows the number of opportunities measured by their Gross profit level and Probability of occurrence in categories of high, medium, and low.
