Project panel → Project Core Data → Click on the Synchronize button next to the External system field

This module is a dialog module and therefore it has no independent function. It is used to select tasks which are to be synchronized with PLANTA pulse or Jira.

When you open the module, the tasks of the project which have not yet been synchronized with PLANTA pulse or Jira are displayed.

No (master) milestones or summary tasks are displayed in the module since they cannot be synchronized.

Procedure

Activate the Relevant for external system checkbox for tasks which are to be synchronized.

As a result, only tasks which have not yet been synchronized will be displayed.

Click on Synchronize.
