Access 1: Open the panel to view or edit an existing proposal.

Click on the ID of the required idea in various modules in which proposals are listed (e.g. My Planning Objects).
Access 2: Open the panel to create a new proposal. As a result, the empty Proposal Core Data module is opened, in which the basic data of a new idea can be created.
