• Portfolio Management → Planning and Reports → Multi-Portfolio Board → Portfolios → Click on the ID of the required portfolio → Portfolio panel → Info Board → Click on the Budget and Costs per Portfolio, Planning Object, and Year link

Information

• This module provides

  • different graphical analyses of budget, costs, and benefit of the planning objects contained in the portfolio as well as

  • a tabular overview of the planning objects with specifications on further parameters like, e.g. objective contributions and risk values, probable damage or gross profit, etc.

Details

• To open the Budget and Costs per Portfolio, Planning Object, and Year link from the Info Board module, you have to select or insert a filter.

  • In the filter, the Group 1 and Group 2 parameters must be filled. However, their values have no effect on the subsequent evaluation.

• By clicking on the Extras → Send data to → Microsoft Excel, the analysis data can be sent to Excel. More to Excel export see here.
