- Portfolio Management → Planning and Reports → Multi-Portfolio Board → Portfolios → Click on the ID of the required portfolio → Portfolio panel → Info Board → Select or insert filter → Click on the Planning Objects by Objective and Risk Value link
- Portfolio Management → Planning and Reports → Multi-Portfolio Board → Portfolios → Click on the ID of the selected portfolio → Portfolio panel → Prioritization→ Mark planning objects (optional) → Click on the Bubble Chart button
Information
- In this module, the planning objects assigned to the portfolio are displayed as a bubble chart, sorted by their risk value and objective contribution.
- The coordinates of the bubbles are determined by the objective contribution and risk values of the planning objects.
- X coordinates: Objective contribution in percent.
- Y coordinates: Risk value in percent.
- The bubble size is determined by the NPV of the planning object.
- The coordinates of the bubbles are determined by the objective contribution and risk values of the planning objects.
Notes
- The objective contributions and risk values of the planning objects are determined in the core data modules of the respective planning objects (Project Core Data, Proposal Core Data, Program Core Data).
- To open the Planning Objects by Objective Contribution and Risk Value analysis from the Info Board module, you first have to insert or select a filter. The contained filter criteria, however, have an impact on the analysis.
