• This module is a macro module which serves to create a new program. The newly created program is opened in the Program panel with the blank, focused Program Core Data module in which basic data and key dates can be edited.
• All users who have access to the links or buttons mentioned under Access path are authorized to create new programs via this macro module. No further authorization is needed.
