Objective Contribution by Groups MOD009BBJ
Access
- Portfolio management → Planning and Reports → Multi-Portfolio Board → Portfolios → Click on the ID of the required portfolio → Portfolio panel → Info Board → Select or create filter → Click on the Objective Contribution by Groups link
Information
- In the Objective Contribution by Groups module, objective contributions of the planning objects assigned to the portfolio are displayed graphically and in table form sorted by the groups selected.
- Here, the graphic display is realized in the form of a bubble chart.
- The bubble coordinates are defined by the values of the Criterion contribution weighted parameter of the respective group.
- The X coordinates for the Criterion contribution weighted values of group 1.
- The Y coordinates for the Criterion contribution weighted values of group 2.
- The size of the bubbles depends on the value of the parameter selected in the respective filter in the Bubble field.
- The bubble coordinates are defined by the values of the Criterion contribution weighted parameter of the respective group.
Note
- The objective contributions of the planning objects are determined in the core data modules of the respective planning objects (Project Core Data, Proposal Core Data, Program Core Data).
Details
- To open the analysis from the Info Board module via the link and to ensure the correct display of the bubble chart, you have to select or insert a filter.
- In the filter, the required values must be selected for the following parameters:
- Group 1 and Group 2
- The groups determine the axes and the weighted criterion contributions of these groups determine the position of the bubbles in the chart.
- Caution: Both groups must stem from the same area since the evaluation of the planning objects is carried out for each area in the core data modules (see above) in which objective contribution criteria are grouped. Different areas can contain different groups.
- Bubble: defines the size of the bubbles in the chart (see above).
- Project type(39.5.21-en) DT818 Filter#DI059145: determines which planning objects are considered in the analysis.
- Group 1 and Group 2
- In the filter, the required values must be selected for the following parameters:
