- Proposal are displayed grouped by Planning Objects without Portfolio Assignment and Planning Objects with Portfolio Assignment.
- Each group categorizes proposals which are either already assigned to a portfolio or are not yet assigned.
- The bubble chart provides an analysis of proposals by risk value and objective contribution.
- The risk values and objective contributions required for the analysis must be detected for each individual program (in the Proposal Core Data module).
- The bubble size is determined by the NPV of the project.
- When you move the mouse cursor over a bubble, a tooltip will be displayed which contains name, ID, and NPV of the proposal.
- By clicking on the ID of the required project or on the corresponding bubble you can jump directly to the Proposal panel of the project in which, depending on your user rights, you can edit or only view data.
- By clicking on the New proposal button you switch to the Proposal panel with the focused empty Proposal Core Data module in which you can create a new proposal.
