Introduction

• Personal Area → Time Recording panel → Record Hours → Add Additional Projects/Tasks for Time Recording button→ Add Projects and Tasks for Time Recording

Information

• This module is a dialog module and therefore it has no independent function. It is used to select further projects and tasks for time recording. The time recording itself takes place in the Report Hours Worked parent module.

Details

• The following projects and tasks are offered for selection here:

  • The Project listbox displays all projects (including overhead projects) that are not locked or concluded and to which the user has access (read rights) based on their authorizations.

  • The Task listbox shows tasks of the previously selected project which are neither locked nor finished.

Procedure

• Select the required project from the Project listbox.

• Subsequently, select the required task from the listbox with the same name.

• Click on the Apply button.
