Portfolio Panel

Introduction

  • Planning → Portfolios panel → List → Click on the ID of the required Portfolio → Portfolio panel

  • Click on the plus button in the user menu → Click on Portfolio → New Portfolio → Portfolio Panel

  • Planning → Portfolios panel → List → Click on the New Portfolio button in the action bar → Portfolio panel

Alternative Introduction

  • There are several ways to access the desired planning object or portfolio panel and its associated modules:

    • via Quick Access in the user menu (My Objects and Favorites)

    • via the Global Search function in the user menu (Direct Entry)

    • via links on planning objects or portfolios in various modules


Notes

  • The Portfolio panel contains editing modules and information concerning the selected portfolio.

  • Whether the panel can be opened for the purpose of creating a new portfolio and whether portfolio data can be edited or only viewed, depends on the Rights of the user.
