  • Planning → Projects panel → Click on the ID of the required project → Project panel → pulse boards

  • There are several ways to access the desired planning object or portfolio panel and its associated modules:

    • via Quick Access in the user menu (My Objects and Favorites)

    • via the Global Search function in the user menu (Direct Entry)

    • via links on planning objects or portfolios in various modules


This module is only available if a project has been synchronized with PLANTA pulse (PLANTA Hybrid).

Information

  • In this module, the PLANTA pulse boards of a project are displayed.

  • The boards can be opened and edited within the module.

  • Depending on your authorizations, you can also create new boards if required.

Details

  • By clicking on the board cards you can open and check the corresponding boards.

  • By clicking on the arrow in the top left corner of the board you can switch back to the standard view of the module.

  • By clicking on the button in the lower left corner, you can either open the Projects panel or open the board directly in PLANTA pulse.

Synchronized boards can only be deleted if they do not yet contain cards. To do so, you have to deactivate the corresponding checkbox in the Schedule (pulse column) or click on the Delete boards button in the corresponding Task module.
