Introduction

• Click on the plus button in the user menu → Click on Proposal → New Proposal

• Planning → Portfolios panel → Strategic Analysis → Click on the New Proposals button in the action bar

Information

• This module is a dialog module for creating new proposals.

• Only users with the respective authorization can create new proposals.

Procedure

• Enter the proposal title in the opened dialog module,

• determine the proposal manager,

• optionally, enter the functional ID of the proposal (otherwise, it will be generated automatically).

• Confirm the entries with Create.

  • The Proposal Core Data module, in which basic data, key dates, and other core data and parameters are entered, opens.
