My Work Panel

Introduction

  • Personal Area → My Work

Information

  • In the My Work panel, the logged-in user is provided with a personal overview of all work assigned to them – planned tasks, activities, risks, opportunities and risk and opportunity measures, process steps, measures/decisions and lessons learned – that is assigned to him, grouped by date status.

  • Additionally, the agile views, where users can view his tasks with agile activities and edit them in a Kanban view, a provided to a user.

  • By clicking on the link on the ID of the respective work you can directly switch into the respective editing module.

  • You can also use the context menu to switch to time recording to record the hours worked for each work item.
