  • Planning → Portfolios panel → Click on the ID of the required portfolio → Portfolio panel → Status → Click on a traffic light field in the sum area or the lists of projects → List of Risks

Alternative Introduction

  • There are several ways to access the desired planning object or portfolio panel and its associated modules:

    • via Quick Access in the user menu (My Objects and Favorites)

    • via the Global Search function in the user menu (Direct Entry)

    • via links on planning objects or portfolios in various modules


Information

  • This module provides an overview of all risks available in the current planning data within an evaluation category (very low, low, medium, high or critical),

    • grouped by projects and

    • with a link to the respective project panel and Risk data sheet module.

When opening this module via the traffic light fields in the list of projects, only project-related risks or opportunities are displayed according to the selected record.
