  • Planning → Portfolios panel → Click on the ID of the required portfolio → Portfolio panel → Status → Click on the traffic light field of the required risk in the risk matrix → List of Risks

    • via Quick Access in the user menu (My Objects and Favorites)

    • via the Global Search function in the user menu (Direct Entry)

    • via links on planning objects or portfolios in various modules

  • This module provides an overview of all existing risks within an evaluation field in the risk matrix

    • in terms of the assessment of their damage extent in the categories of harmless, minimal,noticeable, important,serious, and critical and their Probability of occurrence in the categories of improbable, very rare, rare, possible, probable, and very probable,

    • grouped by projects and

    • with a link to the respective project panel and Risk data sheet module.
